Where does my preview take place?

I am fully mobile so can travel to your home or venue for your makeup preview and on the wedding day. You also have the option to come to my home, just outside of Cambridge.

What do you charge to travel to my location?

I don't charge a travel fee for any locations within 15 miles of CB24. This covers the Cambridge area. Locations outside of this area are charged at 60p per mile. I will confirm travel fee in your initial quote.

I'd rather not have a preview, can I still book you for my wedding day?

Yes, of course! Previews can be useful because we will be fully prepared and know exactly what products to use and the look we picked. 

If you are more of a chilled bride and don't want a preview, 

on the day I will allow more time so we can discuss your preferred look.

What type of brands do you use?

I use many different brands hand selected and tested to give the best results for each skin type. Some of the brands in my kit include, M.A.C, Charlotte Tilbury, Clinique, Laura Mercier, Morphe, Bobbi Brown, Dior, NYX and Benefit.

How long will my makeup preview take?

You’re getting married! How exciting?! Of course you want a makeup artist that you completely trust to make you feel the most naturally beautiful and confident on such a special day.

The preview is where we get to know one another and you can tell me all about your wedding plans.

You can show me any inspiration pictures you may have and we can create your dream look.

Usually, a makeup preview will take around 90 minutes.

When should I book my preview?

Ideally it is best to have your preview within 3 months of your wedding day. You will likely have picked your dress, your bridesmaids dresses, flowers etc by this point so we will have some colours/styles to go with.

A deposit of £50 is required upon booking a preview in order for me to secure your wedding date.

What happens on the wedding day itself?

As an experienced makeup artist, I understand how hectic the morning of your wedding can be, so I am on hand to help out with anything I can.

You will be able to sit back and relax on the day with the confidence that you are in my capable hands.

To guarantee your day goes according to plan and is as stress-free as possible, I will make sure that everything is prepared and organised. I will also send you over a time schedule prior to the wedding day so you and your bridal party will know exactly what time they are needed.

Last minute touch-ups will be made before you leave for the ceremony, to ensure you look flawless.

Do you have minimum booking requirements?

My minimum booking details are listed on each of my bridal packages.

What happens if I've had my preview but do not wish to book you for the wedding day?

No problem at all! You have up until 7 days after your preview date to decide whether you want to have me on the wedding day. 

I have a large bridal party, will you be able to do everyone?

The amount of clients I am able to do on the wedding day will often depend on the time you need everyone to be ready to leave for the ceremony, also how early you want to get up in the morning.

I am happy to do early starts but also understand that not everyone wants to get up at the crack of dawn on their wedding day! Should you wish to have a later start or have too many bridal party members for me to do on my own I can bring along an additional artist to help share the wedding day services. I have a group of highly experienced artists I regularly work with on larger bookings.
